TherapyWorks, P.A. has been serving the Lawrence community since 1994 with the mission of restoring each patient to a healthy, active lifestyle. With a staff including Physical Therapists, Massage Therapists, Personal Trainers and Sports Performance Trainers, we provide a caring, comfortable and professional atmosphere. Through hands-on treatment techniques and an emphasis on patient education, we are able to maximize each client’s potential outcome. Below you will find a brief profile of each therapist including his or her specific clinical interests. Please know that while areas of particular interest are listed, each therapist has strong orthopedic skills and are regularly involved in the treatment of all types of injuries and disorders.
Cindy is a graduate of the Medical College of Georgia and the University of Kansas. She brings 21 years of experience in outpatient settings and aquatic exercise. She has a special interest in sports medicine and aquatic therapy.
Lorna received a B.S.E degree. She has experience in both outpatient and sports medicine settings. Her special interests include palates, general orthopedics, and manual therapy.
Barb has experience in a variety of therapy settings. She has a special interest in women’s health and incontinence. She also specializes in the treatment of balance disorders.
